Embracing Life

Happy Friday Loves! 

Oh how I miss you all sooo... soo... much! I am really struggling on finding a happy balance between, work, working out, family time, blogging and focusing on a new adventure I just started. I promise I will not be going anywhere for good, but the posts will be limited until I straighten my schedule out some. 

Here are a few things I have been up to lately: 

- I have been working out with the newest Beachbody  program, 21 Day Fix and I can actually say that this is the best program I have ever done! I have noticed such a change in my body emotionally and physically! 





- I've been spending lots of time with my family! 






- Truly enjoying life in all positive aspects and enjoying a happy zen of appreciation for the days God has given all of us! 






- Started drinking Shakeology every single day to make sure I'm getting all my daily vitamins needed! It's absolutely delicious and amazing how much more energy it gives me. I'm even about to order hubby a bag every month. (He  has been sneaking some of mine...haha) 








- Last but not least  I have been maintaining eating healthy meals. I have even started eating more calories a day since starting the 21 Day Fix program. I didn't want to believe it, but I actually wasn't feeding my body enough all day! My portion sizes were correct, but I wasn't eating as many calories as I should have. It's actually pretty hard to get some many healthy calories in when veggies and fruits have so little. Crazysauce!
